Forty Hours Devotion
15-17 March Fr. Gregory Wilson will offer a Forty Hour Devotion on “The Joy of Forgiveness”.
Lucis Via Lenten Evening of Recollection
Tonight (2/27) we will begin with Stations of the Cross in the church and continue into the talk with a light meal in keeping with Lent. The evening will focus on the importance of silence, discernment, fasting, virtue, prayer, and other aspects of Christian discipleship. In particular, Father will expand on the notion of penance, redemptive suffering, obstacles to holiness, and how to carry the discipline of Lent throughout the year. Â Wine, cheese, and light appetizers will be offered.
This special evening is co-sponsored by the Diocese of Charleston Office of Young Adult Ministry.
