ART CAMP is available either 12 –16 June or 19-23 June for students entering K5-8th grade with Marilyn Alber. Classes are 2 hours daily (Monday-Friday) and include demonstrations along with individual instruction on different media, including pencil, charcoal, pastels, watercolor and acrylics. Fees are $160 for a week. Materials are provided. Classes will be on campus in the PAC-Art Room. Deadline for registration is Monday 29 May. DRIBBLE FOR DESTINY is 10-13 July for ages 6-13. Camp includes ball dribbling, passing, shooting, ball handling, contests, daily devotions, videos, snacks and full court play. An awards ceremony is 13 July at 11a. Cost is $95 and includes a t-shirt or ball. Registration forms are in the parish office and on the website.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL is 23-28 July 2017. We are bringing in Totus Tuus from the Diocese of Charlotte.
- Grade school program runs Monday-Friday, 9a-2:30p (students bring bag lunches from home)
- Junior and Senior High School program runs from Sunday to Thursday, 7-9p.
Cost is $20 per child, with a family maximum cost of $40. Please fill out registration forms as soon as possible. Registration opens to non-parishioners on 1 May. CHORAL THEATRE CAMP is 11-17 June. Participants will enjoy a faith-building, fully costumed musical drama. Each half day session is an all-inclusive activity with themed snacks, social activities, outdoor time and rehearsals of singing, staging and basic choreography. There are only 40 spots open for this exciting week of fun, singing, acting and games! The final performances will be 17 June at 11a (Saturday).
- Rising first-4th graders will perform Elijah!: God’s Faithful Prophet retelling the dramatic story of Mount Carmel as all the prophets, both genuine and phony, prayed to have their altar ignited in flames by the power of their God.
- Rising 5th- 8th graders will perform Esther bringing the story to life of royalty, secret plots, imaginary camels, and evil assistants!
Program fee is $85 for 1 child, $150 for 2 children and a maximum family fee of $200. Fees include instruction, t-shirt, themed snacks and materials. Registration is due no later than 10 May. Links to forms: description of program, registration.
